My Lord, My God
I have traded my chains for freedom.
No longer will the constraints of this world bind me to a life of sin.
By faith we are set free.
Your love endures forever, while covering multitudes of sins,
All You require is that we believe.
Believe that You loved us enough to die in our place so that we may have life.
Your glory shines brighter than any sun,
Your grace flows in abundance to each and every one.
You offer us mercy when we do not deserve,
So we may show it to others with a spirit to serve.
Pray for wisdom, seek his Will,
Listen for his voice when the wind is still.
Be a light to others when all else seems black,
Saving lives until our Lord comes back.
Liberate the masses with words of truth
Speak them loud and clear
Everyone will know the God you serve
Do not be ashamed,
For our God is worthy of praise.
